Care Protocol
ISOLATION
Store in the sealed matte pouch. Minimize air exposure. The oxidized surface is alive — it will deepen in the right conditions, degrade in the wrong ones.
WATER_PROHIBITION
Remove before bathing, swimming, rain. Prolonged contact with water accelerates oxidation loss. The void does not wash clean.
CHEMICAL_EXCLUSION
No perfumes, detergents, or chemical agents near the piece. The finish is hand-applied, not industrial. Treat it accordingly.
DRY_POLISH
A dry sterling polishing cloth, light pressure, directional strokes. This restores surface light without stripping the oxide layer beneath.
RE_OXIDATION_SERVICE
Send the piece back. NULLSAINT will restore the oxidized finish to original depth. Reference your order number. Service turnaround: 14 days.
