We want the piece to fit you. If it doesn't, it can be returned or exchanged under the terms below. These rules are part of the public offer.
Goods of proper quality may be returned within 30 days of receipt (the law requires at least 14 days — we give more). The countdown starts from the date the parcel is received.
The item must keep its presentation and consumer properties: no signs of wear or damage, complete with all parts and original packaging. Keep the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories (e.g. earrings) may not be returnable as goods of proper quality under the law. Made-to-order personalized items are non-returnable. This does not apply to defective goods.
If an item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you free of charge. The Seller covers the cost of return shipping for defective goods.
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send instructions for shipping the item back via Nova Poshta. Do not send parcels without prior agreement.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and checked, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
