This document is the official public offer of an individual entrepreneur (FOP, hereinafter the «Seller») to conclude a distance contract of sale of goods through the nullsaint.shop website. Placing an order constitutes the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of this offer and of the returns policy.

The contract is concluded between the Seller and the buyer, an adult with legal capacity who has placed an order. Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of this offer. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by an email notification or in the order status; the contract is deemed concluded from the moment such confirmation is sent. The Seller may amend this offer; orders already placed are governed by the version in force at the time of ordering.
The Seller sells, and the buyer purchases, jewelry and accessories made of titanium steel and stainless steel (containing no precious metals), shown in the website catalog. The specification, material, and price of each item are listed on its page. Images are illustrative; slight variation in coating tone is possible.
All prices are in hryvnia (₴) and include all mandatory charges. Payment is made by card prepayment online or by cash on delivery (Nova Poshta). The Seller may change prices, but not for orders already confirmed.
Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Shipping is free on orders of 1500 ₴ or more; for smaller orders the buyer pays shipping at the carrier’s tariff.
The buyer may withdraw from goods of proper quality and return them within 14 days of receipt under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection». NULLSAINT voluntarily extends this to 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase. The Seller warrants that goods conform to their description on the website. If a defect is found, the buyer may, at their choice, demand replacement of the goods, free remedy of the defect, a proportionate price reduction, or a refund within the periods set by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection». If no warranty period is set, claims regarding defects may be made within two years of receipt of the goods. The warranty does not cover natural wear of the coating or damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions.
The parties are liable in accordance with the applicable law of Ukraine. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, payment systems, or force-majeure circumstances.
The controller of personal data is the Seller (FOP, details above). The buyer’s data (name, contacts, delivery address) is processed to place and fulfil the order, on the basis of the necessity to perform the contract and to fulfil the Seller’s obligations under the law (in particular tax and accounting). To fulfil the order, the data is transferred to the delivery operator (Nova Poshta) for delivery, to the payment provider for processing payment, and to the hosting provider for storage; to other parties only as required by law. The data is stored for the period necessary for these purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. As a data subject, the buyer has the right to access, rectify, or erase their data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
The buyer sends claims and enquiries to the Seller’s email; the Seller reviews them within 14 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the law of Ukraine; the buyer may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court, including at their place of residence.
